The Aesthetic Formula is a two day immersive program designed for licensed healthcare professionals who are interested in starting a career in aesthetics.
The Aesthetic Formula is a mentorship/shadowing program designed for licensed healthcare professionals who are interested in advancing their career in aesthetics. This program is meant for injectors who have taken an introductory injection course (neuromodulator and dermal fillers) and have been injecting for at least 3-6 months.
The Aesthetic Formula consists of a two day intensive immersion experience with Kyle in his clinic. Not only will you get to shadow Kyle as he sees patients, Kyle will share with you how he has built a successful full service med spa; starting from a single one room salon suite. After the mentorship immersion you will have access to our online community for continued support and knowledge for 1 year.

The Aesthetic Formula was born out of my desire to support nurses...
And other licensed healthcare professionals to do the heart-centred work they entered the profession to do, make people feel good about themselves! After working exclusively in aesthetics for many years and developing a strong reputation as a clinical trainer, I saw a huge need to support the next generation of aesthetic providers in learning not only the skills they need to create magic but also the confidence in themselves to truly make a difference in their patient’s lives and how those patients show up in the world.
The Aesthetic Formula combines my 15+ years of experience as a provider, the technical skills I’ve acquired over the years, and the MANY lessons I have learned of developing a business and a brand to guide you to gain the confidence you need and business training to be successful in this career long term.

Before we begin...
Setting the Mindset
Before your in clinic immersion, we focus on the mindset you need to be successful in this career long term. It doesn’t matter if you have all the technical skills but can’t sell yourself or communicate effectively with your patients.
You may just even meet your alter ego who will help guide you through the rest of our time together.
Prior to your immersion experience you will also have a 1:1 call with Kyle to set professional goals, etc!
By the end you should be able to:

Immersion
Developing the Technique and Knowledge
This is where you get to spend two full days with Kyle in clinic and see how he operates. You will be able to shadow him for two full clinic days. Consultations, injections, etc; you will get to see it all. During the experience he will also point out WHY he is doing what he is doing, and the clinical decision making behind his plan of care.
By the end of the immersion you should be able to:
- Have a stronger understanding of injection anatomy
- Ability to develop, initiate and execute an initial aesthetic care plan
- Understand on how to identify + manage complications
- Understand current injectable products and their properties
- Proficient in verbalizing aesthetic provider role
- Proficient in communicating with patients
- Understand the importance of building a personal brand
- How to sell; and not feel slimy (lol)
- Understand the importance and benefit of retail sales

Our friendship doesn't just end after the immersion. You're stuck with me! You'll get ongoing mentorship from me for a year after your immersion experience. Maybe it's discussing a difficult case, advise on start-up, reviewing protocols, business advise, etc; I will be a quick message away.
